It's great to be in touch!

Hi! I am Isabel, a certified bodywork practitioner, passionate about art and movement.

I work as a practitioner of the Grinberg Method (L1), as a visual artist and international teacher in drawing and animation.

Outside of work, I enjoy going on walks, yoga, music, knitting, cooking, meditation, dancing and authentic relating.

Above all, I love to be real.

Why bodywork?

For the past decade, I have been drawn to practices that tap into out innate potential for growth and health. The methods that stirred me into ever new resources within, shared a common thread:

working with pain or fear and transforming them by leaning in.

So I wanted to learn how to work with people's pain and fear, and I was intuitively interested in doing so through touch. It wasn't until the Grinberg Method that I found a methodology - precise, grounded, vast and challenging - that captivated my curiosity as a learner.

From overcoming chronic shoulder pain and infections doctors did not know how to treat, to learning to invest my energy into my dreams instead of my drama - I have applied what I learned from my own Grinberg Method processes to many aspects of my own life, and have regained ever deepening levels of responsibility and freedom.

I remember a time when chronic pain felt like an loosing battle, until I learned to lean into it, not with resistance, but with courage.

I learned that being unified with my body is key to lasting and sustainable health and well-being.

That to really “listen to my body” isn't an act of mental concentration, but of effortlessly energized being.

To have a mind open to hear the song of my flesh.

This shift changes everything for me.

Now I teach others to make that shift, too.
