My work is based on the Grinberg Method, a coaching process to become physically attentive to your life experience and actively influence it.

My pratice builds on one's ability to learn and pay attention.
You will train to recognize the physical efforts you unconsciously make, the sensations these efforts create, and how they shape your physical, emotional and mental experience.
For example - under criticism, you get scared, and tense up. The physical constriction of tensing your arms and blocking your breath, creates a sense of powerlessness in you, out of which an atmosphere of defensiveness and helplessness results. Dealing with critisism in this way, you repeatedly loose your confidence and fail at finding an easy and honest response.
Using the breath, a wide variety of touch, movement, and vocal guidance, I help you understand precisely where and how you are creating these sensations in your body. Recognizing your role in these patterns, is the first step in learning how to end them.
For instance, if you breath shallow when stressed, we’ll work on deep breathing in different rhythms, as well as on noticing and influencing your breathing when the stress arises. If you tense your shoulders when frightened, we’ll exaggerate the tension to identify the muscles involved and learn releasing them, opening up to fear in a new and satisfying way.
Step by step, I will guide you to stop your automatic efforts, and to experience what lies behind them. We thereby restore sensations, blood flow and awareness in specific areas, as well as the whole body. We can recover sensitivity, mobility, strength, and a wide range of other qualities linked to heightened levels of energy.
Each process' aims for your autonomy.
Our work is built on your participation, your will, your active desire to change. It requires you to practice attention and to apply lessons learned during sessions to your daily life.
No prior experience is required.
When we reclaim our responsibility in this way, we reclaim our freedom, including our dreams, our ability to feel, grief, love and live fully.
Learning to relax profoundly in the face of adversity, we agree to stay complete, and to not reduce ourselves despite life's challenges.
